They have free and fee auctions. Free if you dont want a picture or 25 cents to include pics and other options. The official storefronts which I am a member of have no listing fees and 10% commision on your fixed prices and proccess all the credit cards for you and send a check like clockwork each month. Image hosting and set up is free. It is a well designed set up backed up by a name that all in the business know. Very helpful staff as well. One of the few downsides is there is no way to track pageviews that I know of. They also have a free collector buy/sell/trade area. Downside to that is there is no feedback system in place.
