They have just announced one of their purchases is going to be converted into a portal like Auction Watch. Of course they may "opt-in" all of the biday members to bloat the numbers and claim they are the number one portal. Wonder how many members would be surprised to find out they are members of all those sites?
Isn't all of this a violation of SEC quite period rules? But after looking at their board memebers it seems like rules don't bother them too much.
