well I got you to look!! Last night I asked for the umpteenth time for the money I was owed for using the image hosting site at Bidbay. While it was only about $16.00 I am certain now I will never get it as Mr.T suspended my chat privileges for asking publicly about the money owed me. I refuse to be over there as a bidder and be treated as a child. Until last night I only posted on the tech board or to commend someone about something I had bought from them. It is obvious to me that Bidbay does not want reputable buyers who do not bow to GT. I will not be one of those. Now they are over there taking a poll as to if they want to let Auctiongallery2 back "among the fold". I went to a church kind of like that for about three years. Scarey to say the least! You either fell down and kissed the feet of the Pastor/Leader, or you were a traitor. We left as we wanted no part of it. Last night I removed my about me page and my auctions. He can keep his FUNNY MONEY. If he needs a suggestion I will tell him where to put it!
Not allycatpft anywhere else!

I went back in and chacked, through a lengthy process since I cannot access my account, that in the very short time I was there, I bought over $150.00 in REAL money items! They don't need CASH bidders though.

I can't believe (yes I can!) that a MEMBER started a thread taking a vote to see if GT should actually meet with and pay AG2 . I think the member must be jealous because of the money offered!! tee hee, but then this MEMBER is the bounty hunter. hmmmmmmmm

One thing I find interesting is that last weekend GT announced they had bought over 800 spots of advertising on major tv stations like A&E and many others. NOBODY saw them!!!! Every thread that asked about them was deleted! Now he has some more coming up this weekend a and early next week. I get the channel he is referring to through my satellite so guess what?????????? LOL.
I think they lied again.
Farmgal the reason they are called the koolaide kids is because of the Jim Mooney cult. He convinced them all to commit suicide and made up this poison drink for them. They all drank it and a bunch of people died, can't remember how many. Based on D's post with all the winks, AG2 better watch his back side while there!!!! Remember you read it here!!!

I have responded to that post and yes I did see the winks.
I will say this that they assured me that I will not have to sign a confidentiality agreement, and that they do not want to get into any legal hassles with me and there would be no strings attached.
That is one reason I am going. I want to see if they are going to keep their word. It's a win win situation for me. If the trip happens and there aren't any problems I will have been able to confront these people and address the problems face to face. If they decide to spring some SLAPP suit on me or anything else I win again. It will show the online community the levels they will stoop to quiet their dissenters.
I for one have a feeling nothing will happen. We will meet, chat, and I will return home.
However if I do get hit with a suit I do have a back up plan I will not state what that is as I do not want to give away too much.
I have made up my mind to see this thing through to the end if necessary.

be sure to get you money in the form of a cashiers check. And while you are there tell Mr. T that I want my image hosting money. Since I "conveniently" cannot access my account it is my word against theirs that they even owed me, right????

To constantly be running down AuctionWatch, Bidbay sure is copying! Now they are over there doing a "thread locked at the request of the originator". LMBO!!!!!!!!! They steal everything else from AW, so why not this?

Auctionguard: I wish all the people that are saying things that bother them...would take legal action(s) through proper channels, and it would be the end of big brother........unfortunately, people find it easier to rant on here.
I live in the same state (California) they claim to be airing commercials, and have yet to see one.
AG2: I hope you take away from your visit with bb that which you are searching. It is totally possible that you will be offered stock options to buy your silence. I hope you do what is best for you, but I do hope you do not sell out.
AG2: What amazes me the most in all this, is the fact that a CEO of any company would ask you (or anyone for that matter) to visit (at his expense) and have a sit down with him, and his staff! It is so questionable, and for some reason just does not sound right.
AG2: The other thing that occurs to me is that you are accepting this money to go visit with someone you are so verbally against.

yes dadnmom it is true I am going to have a sit down with someone I have spoken out against time and time again.
I am doing this for various reasons none of which will satisfy everyone.
I for one want to be able to walk away from all of this when it is said and done and be able to say that I accepted the challenge.
If some people can't respect that that is not my problem but theirs.
I do not know what the future holds for me on this trip but I do know that I am comfortable with all possible outcomes including litigation.
I keep hearing that it's all about the money. Truth is 5K is a lot of money but that is not the only reason I am going. And to answer the other question if I would go if they weren't paying me that money. Probably not.
I do not fly for various reasons and am going to have to travel by train to LA. Even though I'm only going to be in town for 2 days I will be travelling and away from home for a total of 7 days. They are paying me for my time, not a vacation.
The damned if I do damned if I don't scenario is already popping up from a couple of people.
When BidBay offered this to me the first time I could not go. I was given only 24 hours to decide and could not clear my schedule. This time was different I was able to negotiate a meeting time that would benefit me as well as them. But the first thing people started to say when I declined is that I was nothing but a whiner, that I did not pick up the "gauntlet" that was thrown at my feet etc.
Now that I have accepted. I have had a couple of people Jada included that are pretty much accusing me of selling out...LOL.
I won't be able to please evereyone and don't intend to. I am not doing this to become some leader for the masses, or to get attention as some others have accused me.
I will say this though. There is a method to my madness...LOL
Auctiongaurd. It may very well be a trap but I still have a couple of aces up my sleeve.
I will go and put on my little presentation to the people at BidBay and let them take it from there.
I will be signing off for awhile now. I will not be making any more posts until next Sunday when I return.
So don't take my silence for the next week to mean that I have been bought, my soul has been sold. I will just be without a connection and I won't post on AW from BidBay...that wouldn't be kosher.
