This site is never mentioned here, but it's one of the nicest new sites. They're free to list and there are no commissions.
The CEO of the company has informed me that he's currently working on an upgraded site behind the scenes, while the current one is up and running. As soon as he's done, he'll be transferring auctions and info to the new site. He anticipates a near launch date. He has a 5 year success rate buying and selling online so he knows the ins and outs of what we go through.
I've sold a few things on there myself and like the fact they have no chats - just business. I'm not sure if the new site will have a chat though.
Right now, he answers e-mails within 12 hours or less. He's amazing! Everything is being done by him! He does have a friend helping and has hired a new programmer to start next week.
The site also has a suggestion box and the questions/suggestions go directly to his mailbox. You can be sure to get an honest answer too.
Personally, I think this is an up and coming site and one I would like to see succeed.

I agree mtnmama I like their site I have a few things listed there, havent sold anything yet but hopefully soon It is very easy to list auctions there also. I also agree that it isnt talked (typed) enough about
Good to see you! John informed me that they have plans to have a user to user help board there when the new site is launched.
Stick around. I listed some items there in the summer of 2000 and forgot about them. It took months, but one sold. I had to go in and delete the others because I had relisted somewhere else and they were gone! So much for remembering where I had my items, huh? LOL
I just started listing there again last week and had a bid the second day on one of them. She didn't meet reserve so it's relisted, but at least people are looking! People we don't know! That's important, don't you think?
When the new site is up and running, I think we're all going to like it.

I agree (again) lol I didn't know they were upgrading but I think its great I listed there after searching almost every auction site I could find :/ most of the smaller ones had very few listings or traffic. Tbay caught my eye 1, because I'm in Florida( I always like to support local businesses) and 2 because for a small site they really do have pretty good traffic. I list at a few different auction sites and so far have only made sales at 2, Excite (which I'm sure will stop soon since they made it increasingly difficult to find the p2p auctions) and BidBay.. But I really would like to see Tbay grow I think they have great potential
