I wandered over to Bidbay. First thing I noticed was even after 2 emails asking to be DE-registered, My page is still up. So after muttering a few words under my breath I went into the forum to see if my earlier prediction was right. I must admit I was wrong! They are NOT kissing up there! Instead, there are fights about what categories recipies belong in and about who can or cannot win contests. In fact it would appear many want the contests gone! You know I have to say it looks like the robots are showing signs of independance and common sense. It looks like they are starting to realize that recipies will NOT make them a respected website. If this keeps up, the site has hope! Now if only someone from over there will admit to sending me the threat emails, I MIGHT consider listing some items!

Hi ballsandstrikes! Lo and behold while I was spending time with my family this evening, others who maybe have too much time on their hands had plenty of time to post on other threads which I see now are locked. Tsk Tsk. And I missed it all. Oh well it was worth it. Hey I am going to send you a picture. It will make you hoot with laughter!! I wouldn't worry about things ever changing at Bidbay, just wipe your feet off as you walk away! Remember to not look back or you might turn into a pillar of salt.

well short of going over to their boards and lowering myself to saying something to get me removed, I wish they would just DO IT as my two emails have requested. I look forward to your email. I need a good laugh lol.

they won't de register you!That would take away form their all important numbers!!! I sent the email. They guy with the goofy hat looks like he is from Deliverance and her? Well need I say more??? Enjoy! I hear the banjo tuning up now.

Actually you can withdraw your registration. I personally know members who have done it. Call bidbay toll free and simply asked to be removed. You will find the number on the site.
We dont want to burden you with higher profits or a better class of people any longer than we have to.

I don't need to be recognized by GT or anyone else for that matter.I like the way you ignore my question.Why is it that I can't post my oppinion without you attacking me?You and your buddy have dispusted all of my post.I do not represent BidBay in any way.You and all your anti BidBay friends have tried to make it look like I am being paid by BidBay when in fact all I did was ask a simple question.Which by the way still hasn't been answered.Why not just leave BidBay alone and move on?"KNOCK IT OFF"

I for one can absolutely guarantee you that Floridaborn is not an employee, counsel or advisor or any other paid representative of Bidbay.com at this time or in the past. Can't comment on future developments yet.
People disagree, some folks love bidbay, some folks hate it. It doesn't make them bad or evil; or even right or wrong; just people with different opinions.
Bidbay has "issues", it also has promise! Too many people feel threatened by the potential, that is the only problem I see. The ramblings of narrow minded people who are afraid to loose their one enjoyable activity in life, slamming bidbay!

I posted to you on another thread, but you took personally one of my statements and the thread was locked after that.
Do you list auctions on BidBay? If not, how come you're so unhappy with them? Did they do something bad to you? Just want to know as you don't ever post there and I must have missed their misdeed against you.
You told me you were bored, therefore you read their chats. I can assure you ebay, AW main pages and OTWA have much better chats to read and you can learn alot about selling, bidding, etc over at those sites.
Somehow I don't think the reason you read the chats is because you're bored. Come on tell us the real reason you dislike them. I'm curious to know.

Curious because you said the only reason you read the chats was because you were bored now that tax season is here.
I can't see where you say you have no bidders, because you sold something there for a pretty nice sum. Agreed, it was only one bid, but at least it sold. Also curious as to why you hate BidBay so much when you're still selling there? These threads are so confusing when you see people active on a site, selling their wares, yet don't like the site - why would you continue to sell there?
How do you like Turbobid software anyway? I used to use ezadpro, but it messed up when they did category changes and I lost all my data.
