At this point I'm not committed to any one site, and since bidding is pretty spotty on all of them I'm wondering what free sites listings are at least getting the most page hits.

I list on BidVille and Pootah. (Out of print books)
Bidville: 10 - 20 pageviews on 400 items.
Pootah: 0 pageview on 300 items.
For right now I have stopped listing on pootah, and 'am taking it easy on bidville.
Right now I'm only buying books that I know will sell on half.com. There I sell about 1-2 per day or 2 on an inventory of about 300 items.
Bidville is free now, somebody told me that they sell about 6 - 10 books a month on an inventory of 1000.
Billpoint has a promotion right now for a free listing month if you sign up for their service and the seller is paying with billpoint.

I noticed Old And Sold has a new feature that lists the top 20 auctions. It looks like some of their items are getting quite a few views. Their top item has 64 views with quite a few others in the 40 range. I have listed some items with this site. Most items get around 30-40 views by end of auction. It also depends on what I list. It seems like furniture get the most views.
They also publish each month the total number of hits the site gets. Last month they had around 225,000. Right now, they have about 1500 items listed. Looks like a steady site.

All my items have hits...one has over 1400 page views and 4 bids. I've just sold a bunch that closed, so I only have 2 current items with bids. There are about 2mil unique visitors a day...so most everyone has page hits. The travel packages are pretty hot there right now(I don't sell 'em).
I'm at LowestBids. Free to list, no fvf, optional: pay for featured and banner ads. They have a neat banner feature...BidBar, it allows sellers and buyers to have "Real-time" live auctions and you can surf the net and still keep up with auctions. Notifies you by voice, if ya have sound/speakers. When auction ends, if both parties are online, they can instantly chat live, to exchange info. Free email account attached to the bidbar. You control how ya want your auction to be. Live or standard. Don't have to get the BidBar if ya don't want it. You choose the bids you want to accept.
Lots of great sites out there....may want to list some items on a few different sites and see what works for you.
Wish you great success and hope you find that special site to call "Home".

I haven't listed on but one of the free sites yet so don't have anything yet to compare it to, but I had over 200 page views on one auction alone at ePier. In fact, I've got better page views there than I often had at eBay.
I've put together a page on my website that has direct links to a whole bunch of auction sites. I'll be adding more as I find them or if someone sends me a link. If you'd care to look, just click on my sig site. Even though it's hosted at Bizland it's not a commercial site or anything, just has info on it.
