I know this hasn't got anything to do with anything, but it tickled me to no end this morning. While looking through the offerings on BidBay in the Equestrian section, in the "Western" area I discovered a minor spelling error which makes me wonder what is really being said. Instead of "Bridles and Bits" it is "Bridals and Bits." Have they changed from exchanging rings in weddings to something else??? Are they promoting something kinky??

With all due respect, BidBay.com is not known for their spelling. The operators of the site do not even check their message board or announcement posts before posting it to one of their extremely censored message boards. The funny fact of the matter is that there is a spell checker built in to their message board posts. You would think that they would take advantage of it. After all, the BidBay.com programmers encoded it there...

Actually it says "Brides Bits." Probably a typo which I'm sure if it's brought to the attention of the one person doing the categories he will change it.

Moderator,

That is one inflamatory post and insulting to me as well as the entire community.

You comments are insulting and have earned you a warning. The AW User Agreement requires you treat your fellow Community Members with respect and consideration. If you have a problem doing that, then I would suggest you make use of the "ignore" feature.

*edited to add:

There appears to be an ongoing feud between the two of you stemming from another Message Board. It's not going to be resolved here - please take it back to BidBay or to email.

I don't know how anyone could misconstrue what I said. It was certainly not meant to be insulting to anyone, indeed it was a compliment.
Moderator there certainly IS an ongoing feud between the two of us and she gets her jabs in wherever she can.
I do not see how spending three days on a boat with my husband of nearly 30 years is considered "self serving". What could be better for two people who have had the stress in their lives that we do, than to get away together for three days and do some honest fishing? By the way, we caught a 62 lb. catfish! I had my ignore button on and she keeps annoying me via email. I have filed a report with my server. Sadly while we were gone, our neighbors 7 yr old daughter died suddenly from leukemia that she had JUST been diagnosed with a few days before. This is so sad. Being a peds nurse, I am certain she will have some heart for that one.
Honestly Moderator, the lips marks on the rear was meant as a compliment, sorry it wasn't taken that way. I will consider myself moderated and warned. I will be busy supporting my country neighbors in burying their child in the next few days, so won't have time to post anyway. This is not meant as another slam, just an explanation from a member of a small farming community that is in shock and mourning.
MEOW pft pft!!

Moderator, I believe this has gotten totally off-topic. It does not address the typo on the other site anymore. It merely exists to try to damage my reputation. The poster has received no emails from me at all in the past month or two. I however, have been the recipient of threatening emails, etc and have reported the incidents along with copies to the appropriate authorities.

mtnmama,

If you have issues relating to moderation, please take it to the moderator's corner.

If you have issues with someone on a personal level then take it off these boards.

Joice, this thread was not addressing issues with this person, however, this person has addressed me on a very personal level. That's why I felt compelled to answer here. I have also posted at the moderator's corner and no, I do not wish to have any personal interaction with the user, thank you. But I also do not wish to be slammed by the same.

allycatpft,

You were asked to take your ongoing dispute back to BidBay if that is where it originates or to email and yet you continue.

Also, you insult us all if you think that we would buy your story that the lips marks on the rear was meant as a compliment

Moderator: I started this thread as an attempt at injecting a little levity into the group. Obviously this has failed to achieve that purpose. Please lock this thread. Thank you.

yes yes yes and I believe you should suspend both mtnmama and allycatpft for fighting, like you would do at school.
