Here's what happened~I recently purchased a music CD from half.com. The CD was listed as "Like New" by a seller with lots of good feedback. The CD just arrived and I don't feel this is "Like New" condition. Half the liner notes are missing and the jewel case is cracked and very scuffed up. The CD plays fine. I just sent an email to half.com basically asking for a refund. I could have bought the same item brand new for just a few $$ more. I just want some feedback-did I do the right thing or am I making a big deal out of nothing. I feel that description was inaccurate, and how did this seller have such good feedback anyway? What does everyone think?

If it's listed as "Like New", not only the CD should be in this condition, but also the lyrics and the case. Leave the neg. feedback and try to get your money back.
I had some audio tapes that had a 3 min skip on one of the tapes. The case and everything else was like new. I listed it as acceptable. That's what I would expect others to do, too!!!
