with all the NON Auction threads being locked, do you think it's time to lock up "Say something nice day"?? It is, after all, totally non auction related also.

If AW wants to lock the thread that I started (and which has already been complained about by you, then they will). Then you will feel powerful, because (in your mind) you will have won.
That thread was started to calm down all the BS that was happening. To just show some positive attitudes, instead of steamrolling all over other people. To stop the game of verbal one-up-man-ship. To just get a long and show some kindness toward one another.
There were a few people that were having some fun on that thread, but you had to ruin it.
Some people are just not happy unless they are being sarcastic, rude, mean, and just plain hateful. So in that vein (to both of you), I hope your day sucks, as it is probably the only way the two of you can be happy.
To make your day more complete, you might like to know, (as was your intention) that you have succeeded in hurting my feelings, and showing disrespect, and making fun of all the people that have had fun posting on that thread. But the MOST IMPORTANT thing was that YOU WON!

I simply think the rules to apply to everyone. If one person is allowed to post a NON auction thread here, then others will want to as well. Why should one be allowed to do something others are not? Maybe you are just having a bad day. There is always room for your postings at the RT, which IS the appropriate forum.
