I am considering using AuctionTamer software. Can anyone tell me what benefits there are on using this software to list and manage auctions?

I use it for both ebay and Yahoo and love it. I do run into a glitch from time to time but Mike is super fast at responding to any questions or problems I have. One feature I would like to see is combining auctions when sending email. You have to manually type in the info if your bidder has won more than one auction. Not a bid deal but it would be nice to select all auction won by that bidder and have the email include them.

1. Your EOA notices can either be sent out automatically or manually with one-click of a "Send" button.
2. There are templates for other notices such as "Thank you for your payment" and you can create your own notices for any standard emails you like to send out as well as modify the existing template.
3. All bidder info. is automatically captured by the software, but that info. remains private between you and the buyer, not on a third-party website.
4. If you have the feature selected to send out the "Thank you for your bid" notice, the software will capture all of the bidders' email addresses as you update your auctions (before they close, that is), so eBay cannot prevent your having the losing bidders' email addresses with this software. Just in case the winning bidder backs out and you want to contact the other bidders.
5. Your auctions neatly move into 2 categories upon completion, Sold and Not Sold, making it easier to identify the ones you might want to relist at another time.

I am old fashioned and do not use any auction software but have thought about it. I usually try not to have but 25 or so auctions going at a time and then I stagger the ending dates. I may try auctiontamer, I have it bookmarked.
BTW I was allycatpft. Today marks the 31st day of my suspension for running my mouth. I never got any response to my request to moderators via email about the appeal or the reinstating. So I just took it upon myself to get a new similiar name and start over, within the time lines.. I will be good. I miss the moderators corner. Seems no way to reach them and get a reply. If one of you are reading this, you may delete the allycatpft name. Thanks and Happy Day all.

Just be advised that the price for the Seller Key increases an additional $20 tomorrow, because they're supposed to start auction listing capabilities. If you downloaded the software today, poke around a bit, decided you might like it well enough to spring for $20 today instead of $40 tomorrow, well....
