Here is my experience with this online auction. On August 31, I won a bid for a wireless phone jack. On Sept 20, I sent the following email to them: "Please let me know when I may receive the wireless phone jack that I won last month. Thank you."I received no reply. On Sept 26, I sent the following email: "I won a bid early in September for a GE wireless phone jack. I have not yet received the merchandise. Please advise." I received no reply. On Sept 29, I sent the following email to them: "I won an auction about three weeks ago for a wireless phone jack system. I have not received the merchandise, nor have I received a reply to any previous inquiry. If the item is charged to my credit card, I will not pay. All I want is an answer as to the status of this bid. My number is 143202, my name is Gwen Harshfield. Please let me know what is going on.
If I don't hear from you in 24 hours, I will post all four emails on the net, along with an explanation of the circumstances. This was and will remain the only auction I have won through your service."
This time I received a reply. "Please note that delivery time varies for each product and is
indicated on the product description page on our website.
Please note that it is working days. You will also receive
by email a tracking number as soon as your order is
shipped to you.
Kind Regards,
Customer Service"
Today, I sent this final email as I received the charge for this on September 5.... "Please note that the delivery time stated for this product ( up to 21 days) has long past, and I have yet to receive my merchandise. My credit card was charged on September 5, 2000. Today's date is October 4, 2000. I would appreciate a reply that takes longer than 15 seconds to send. You may need to do some research into where in the hell my merchandise is."
Has anyone else had a problem with this vendor? Any advise?
