Hi All,
The last thread was locked due to someone else opening it and requesting that it be closed. I decided that we were getting some interesting emails and conversation going so I am opening this one.
I am not going to initiate much other than answer questions and deal with a few issues. I am not opening this for promotional purposes but rather to continue the last thread.
Codeasaurus: Can't mail you anything if you don't leave an email address? If you want our current NL all you have to do is email me for it. I'm not sure if it will answer your questions but it may? Other than that you can sign up for the NL or ask me questions here.

Hi, Jamie. It is my understanding that you no longer intend to run AuctionPie as a co-op. I received an email which quotes you as saying,
Clarification: Co-op or not? - Hi All, It's also time for us here at Auctionpie to clarify things for you. While Auctionpie will not be a true co-op in the true co-op legal sense, we still stand by all of the beliefs that we have written about and talked with many of you about.
I would like to know if this quote is accurate; and if so, what you meant by this statement exactly.

It is in fact a correct quote and from our last issue of our newsletter.
I would also ask you to stick to topic. There are other threads if you wish to discuss this subject.
This thread is clearly about the membership drive. I won't answer or discuss any subjects here other than that as per AW's guidelines. I am not here to promote the drive but only answer questions or discuss RELATED issues.
So let's all follow AW's rules please.
Thanks,
Jamie

I am not going to initiate much other than answer questions and deal with a few issues.
And now you are accusing me of violating AW rules by asking you a simple question?
If you would prefer, I will start a new thread. But I would like an answer to this question. Is AuctionPie a co-op or not?

Hmmm, JMHO, but I think twinsofts question is related to the issue...question about membership drive? Should I try to join? depends on whether it's a co-op or not.

I will answer this only once so please listen Steve.
The quote is 100% accurate. Please reread it as it really speaks for itself. Any other questions should be put on another thread or on our messageboard.
I am not going to go through the twinsoft dance again with you Steve.
This thread is simply to answer questions DIRECTLY related to the membership drive.
If AW allows you to have another thread I would be happy to answer any questions.
I simply want to follow their rules as they've been expressed to me by the moderators and the guidelines.
Robzak: If you wish to know more about us there is a site for that and several other threads here on AW. While I appreciate your post I can only respond in this thread to membership related questions and issues.

Hi All,
Please limit your membership questions to this thread. We will not be posting to other threads related to AP to discuss the membership drive or status of Auctionpie.
Thanks,
Jamie

Jamie,
Based on your non response to another AW member's polite and legitimate questions I retract the permission I gave you to email me.

Gee Code,
It's awfully hard to email someone who never gave their email address.
You have stated your negative opinion since day one. It's all over the many threads here on AW.
If we're so bad and not for you why not do us the favor of bothering some other group??
And anyone who reads the posts will see that we have clearly and openly answered that question as we will any others from polite folks who actually don't have a ax to grind.
Thanks,
Jamie
