Refund for what?

If you're talking about requesting a check from them, I believe the charge is $1.50 to cover "handling."

PayPal has a forum here at AW. Why not post your question there?

Now if time is money, then I'm sure that it cost you more than a buck to type this post! Do you want me to PayPal you the dollar? I love to do good deeds and you are obviously distressed over this one dollar, so if I can help alieviate some of that pain, just tell me where to PayPal you!
