Hey! This would make a GREAT "Clubhouse". No one,,,,EVERRRRRRRRR comes here so,,,who could ever possibly be offended as to what's said here? HELLOOOOOOOO!!!!! echo, echo, echo. Nope, nobody within miles. Nobody cared about this old abandoned place before. So, let's clean it up and throw in some old couches and wine boxes. Some candles as there is no electricty. Wait! till the sun comes and we can all get a better l@@k. The secret club house,,,,,HEY! talk about underground......

hey guys I am new...ew...ew....m new...hehe...it does echo, where is everybody? I have problems with this thing and I was wondering if anyone of you cared to help. I mean you have to use this thing for a reason (which I am still trying to figure out, it is good but I have some 'minor' BIG problems, just annoying things it is not doing that it should be.....and I do not feel like paying for support when I feel I SHOULD be told how to use THEIR sh&t Im paying for (could you pass that thing here please, hehe) ...anyway if someone wants to try to help me I would be more than [email protected] works too if you cant get my vendio addy or just post here.......ok for one thing, when I do invoicing, I notice it gets the IPN from paypal (and then it 'writes up' the invoice with a credit on it for their shipping charge..without fail!! ) Now I could care less but this will cause confusion to buyers and make things look unprofessional (not to mention the dang thing should just work right)...someone help, please!!

thanks heh....ok well basically the problem I am having is like this..I list everything with sales manager, everything goes fine (I am not sure how to put in shipping costs or not perfectly...as I am still only 3 months on ebay and that just got 2nd nature, now I am trying to do things through here..so anyway..what happens is this, it works fine for the ad and the sale, but then say the person pays me through paypal. In my post sale here, it would say like, the item was 40 bucks, and the shipping was 5 or something, it shows they paid 45 bucks through paypal (great so far right), now here is where the problem comes in....
It does not include shipping in their total? Is all I can guess because after they pay ..ok again say it was 40 for the item and 5 for shipping, in the ad it would calculate it fine, but then when they pay it says they paid too much basically, and considers the shipping a "credit" to their account. Whew...heh sorry, I know it is kind of a tough question...and as far as you email the bidders yourself, I used to too but am trying to use this to do it (I figure if I am paying I might as well get the most out of it). Anyway if you can help or anyone cool...I have emailed support and all as well but they like to give vague answers so Ill call I would guess..lol...thanks

its ok mslucy thanks for helping...ok now I have to ask you what you mean by final payment (in ebay, in paypal, what site?)...let me try to explain better....trying to do everything with customer and sales manager integrated.....in post sale the total does not come out right, and while I have a feeling this is a result of a setting somewhere else I need to change, I do not know that for sure, and even if I am right, I do not know where that setting is nor can I find it...I usually figure this stuff out for myself, so sorry if I am bad at communicating what I need I am trying. But where it is wrong is when you click on the number keys 1-9 in post sale manager when you have the window you can give feedback, send the e-mail saying you recieved payment, etc... in that window it always calculates it wrong. I am not sure why like I said I am pretty sure it would have to be a setting I need to change somewhere else, but I have no idea where, nor where to begin, as I do not want to pay for phone service...I guess if I cant find help here I shall have to but thanks keep trying if ya want and I appreciate it....Joey ..and it is nice to meet you all too sorry I am b*ching like a newbie (in this case I am one and thats unusual on forums

You're right, Jack. Joey might do better if he takes his questions to the Vendio board. A CS rep could help more than I.
Of course, we COULD head on up to the Outlook and see if anybody's willing to jump down into the basement and help Joey. Whether that's a good idea or not remains to be seen! Ha ha!
