I think this deal is that when you spend $25, they will give you a gift certificate for another $25 at one of several merchants.

I did this and got my items and the gift certificate in 3 days. The gift certificate is from 800-giftcertificates.com and is redeemable on-line or from an 800 number. You have a large list of merchants and restaurants to choose from including TJ Maxx, Borders, Cracker Barrel, Marriott; lots of good places. You pick which one you want and they mail you a $25 certificate for that merchant.
