This site seems wierd it said you can't convert it to cash or deposit it into you checking acount so just what can you do with it? It can't be money if you can't really get it!!!!

I'm a member of Payme, and the "gift fund" is just a variation on the Paypal bonus program. And not a very good one at that.
If you want to get Payme referrals from an auction, instead of just putting up a link, you have to ask people to contact you. Then you contact Payme and ask them to send the person $5. Then the recipient has to go to Payme and register. It's ridiculously complicated and simply accomplishes the same thing that the Paypal bonus program does.
