Have regestered for pay pal and supplyed a credit card number like it asked in the form.
Now I am being told that I need to supply a bank acount number to get my $5.00 sign-up bonas; seems that the credit card should be enough!!
It is for ebay!!
(Not chizlemon on ebay)

The credit card is enough to use PayPal's service, just like eBay. eBay doesn't offer a $5 signing bonus. If you want the PayPal $5 signing bonus, you'll need to verify a bank account. If you don't want to verify your bank account, no $5 signing bonus.
