Well, I have as of this evening upgraded to a premier account. I do not have to voice my opinion as to how paypal has handled this move and how I feel about it, others have done so in volumes that mirror my own opinion.
I have questions about the new account that when answered will determine, if and how long I will stay with paypal.
1. When my family sends me money through paypal for such things as “family reunion” “vacations” or any reason one family member would send money to each other, are we going to be charged $0.25 +
1.9% for each transaction?
2. When giving refunds to buyers for whatever reason, will there be an avenue to recoup the fees charged by paypal?
3. Will I now have to setup a second account to buy items, meaning will paypal in the near future start charging business accounts for each item bought?
I am sorry if you have answered these questions in other threads, I do not have time to read all the threads and I could not find the answer to these questions on the paypal site. An answer would be appreciated.
