my paypal email was fraudulently added to someone else's who got a hold of my bank account information. i cannot set up a new account using my own email (which is also my business name), nor can i even use my own bank account number to set up a new paypal account. i have tried to reach paypal about this, but i don't get any farther than a message telling me that my information is already in use by another account.
how do i reach paypal and speak with a human representative? this is blatant fraud and i seem powerless to do something about this.

For God's sake FIRST call your bank and tell them to put a hold on your account!!

"my paypal email was fraudulently added to someone else's ..."

It was my understanding that you could only have one account with an email address. Is this really what happened?
And what was the outcome of this tittilating little tale?

Hi,

I have not received an email regarding the scenario. I am afraid that I can't advise that this has been resolved.

Don't lose any sleep over it. I am willing to be that this was a troll post. When you add an email to a paypal account, the first thing that happens is PP sends a confirmation to that email ID which must be answered. So how could a third party add someone else's email to their account? Sounds mighty suspicious.
