A while back I posted to this message board with a problem I was having with Pay Pal. Pay Pal Damon responded saying email him my email addy and he would get some one to help me. I did get an email from a Pay Pal employee. The email began Hello Richard,My name is Robert. At this point I should have known I was in trouble. I emailed this person back giving them all of the info which I had already given Pay Pal many times.
That was September 18th and I've yet to hear a word back. I replied to the original email asking for an update but have yet to hear a word. The level of customer service I have received is so bad that I have lost all faith in the company. So Pay Pal Damon if your reading this can you see what you can do. And please don't ask me to tell you my whole story again I have already emailed you the original thread on two occasions.
