I signed up for ExchangePath, launched an auction on eBay from my Auction Control Panel between the dates specified, but so far, no $10 has appeared in my account. Can someone at AW clarify what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

According to the terms of the bonus for this particular promotion, you will receive the $10 within 2-3 weeks.

First The $10 is for signing up with ExchangePath it comes from ExchangePath.

There Terms state your $10 Bonus Will show up in your ExchangePath Acount after you get your frist payment useing exchangepath.

I signed up for exchangepath in august and No one has ever paid me useing this service so I have still never received the $10 for signing up.

If you have a good friend who uses exchange path have them beam you a $1 your $10 sign up bonus will be in your exchangepath account with your friends $1 .

You can beam the $1 back to your friend and deposit your $10 bonus to your checking account.

Hope this helps...

When you get your first EP payment for an auction, you will get your $10. When the payment is reversed because a stolen CC was used since EP's security is terrible, they will freeze your account and you will lose the whole payment plus the $10.
There is another thread in the ebay section about free listing day with EP. Check it out and see how far you can trust this "service." Then read this:

All These credit card services are the same if you get a credit card payment from someone useing a stolen credit card they will freeze your account till they recover the payment made from the card.

Same with chargebacks there is no such real thing as insurance protecting sellers from fraud or charge back from credit card use.

The only real insurance is makeing sure the billing address on the credit card matches the shipping address.

PayPal send you the billing address of the card used to make the charge at this time so you can match with shipping info yourr buyer send you.

As I hear it Exchangepath dont send the seller the credit cards billing address to match up this makes it harder to tell if maybe the card is not their's.

the rule is never send out an Item even when the buyer pays with a credit card if the billing and shipping info dont match this help avoid chances of fruad.

Hello,
I signed up with ExchangePath on Tuesday this week. Thursday got a payment, no referal bonus. And now today I tried to log in there and it just keeps giving me a blank to put in my password. AAAGGHH. Anyone else having trouble?

I got paid late thursday night for an auction, I made the withdrawl right away and I still don't have the money back on my credit card. I checked to make sure that I had entered my card # correctly and see that they no longer accept Discover or American express. So now I have to fix all my auctions and take those cards off. Yippee! I didn't register that type of card so I don't know what the problem is. Anyone know how long it takes for Exchangepath to credit the money to your credit card when you make a withdrawl?

PS I still don't have the $10.00 referal bonus. Not thrilled so far with EP.

Hi,
It generally takes about 3 days to credit your credit card account and up to 5 days for a withdrawal to your checking account.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. The info on your website says two days for
credit cards and three days for bank account, maybe you need to update that info if it's incorrect.
