I had a bidder use BidPay on an auction, after giving me the runaround about other payment services -- Billpoint, PayPal, ExchangePath, etc. He finally settled on BidPay.
So, he pays for overnight delivery of the money order (this is for a $30 item). The MO arrives with a different name and address than the shipping information he gave me.
Plus, the name on his emails is different than the other two names. So, I don't know who I'm dealing with....
His feedback is private, with 6 positives and 5 negatives.
He tells me the item is a birthday present, thus the different shipping address, so I'm about to believe him and ship the item....
However, today he was suspended by eBay. Since his feedback is private I have no idea what he's done to get all those negatives.
I'm assuming a stolen credit card.
My question is: I have the BidPay money order in hand. BidPay will NOT reply to my emails of the past four days.
What do I do with this money order?? I do not want to deal with this bidder.
Any answers would be most helpful.

From BidPay Seller FAQ -
Q. If a buyer requests that the merchandise be shipped to a different mailing address than your confirmation message had originally listed, should I send the product to the requested address?
A. In cases like this, it is important for the seller to notify BidPay through our contact page to ensure that the transaction is not fraudulent. Please be sure to include the new address where the buyer would like the item shipped to and the BidPay order id number. A representative from BidPay will be sure to answer your email promptly.
If he is requesting shipping to a different address than what BidPay gave you in the e-mail, I would recommend just hang on to the MO and don't ship until you get a response from BidPay. IMO that is the safest thing to do.
