I have been trying and trying to register with exchangepath and keep getting the following error message
Your registration with ExchangePath has failed. Please try again
I seem to be going in circles. All the information is current and correct and nothing is wrong with the credit card. Please help.

Same thing here. It's also saying that my credit card is invalid. That would be news to me.

I have had the same problem. No way to register and no problems with my cc# on any other site. I think I will just skip the headache that would be forthcoming from another payment service that gives no service. Good luck everyone.

We had the same problem. We went to exchangepath.com and registered there. Then came back and signed up.

Apparently this is what's on their FAQ page:
Q:What types of cards does ExchangePath accept?
A:You may use the following credit cards: Visa® card, MasterCard® card, JCB® card and Diners Club International® card.
You may use the following debit cards: Cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo.
I guess the debit card we have in mind is not the one they have on their book! I think this is just not good enough! I prefer Paypal.com, I can reg and start using it pretty much in a day! Although there is a small fee. I am in the UK so ExchangePath is no good for me anyway! For international buyer/seller I would recommend Paypal rather than ExchangePath.

Hello merrie. Here is a toll free number for you: 800-987-2675. That's the only toll free # I could find but I have a slew of other numbers if that one doesn't help you.
212-471-4112 listed in whois register
212-471-4100
212-471-4000
717-506-2205
916-445-1254 listed in TOS as number to
call with complaints
Good luck,

Here's another number:
914-390-9205
It's the number for Sean McGinn, ExchangePath's fraud prevention unit. I was given his number by an ExchangePath customer service rep the day all of the accounts were suspended.

Thanks for all the info. I did talk with Nancy, gave her my CC# and within 5 minutes my account was reactivated. I am still upset that this all happened with no notification and am rethinking using ExchangePath for future transactions. Meredith

Thank you so much for your posts. I have had EXTENSIVE problems with EP for over a week now. I noticed a payment from overseas and called their center to alert them. Well, wouldn't you know they then suspended MY account!!! I honestly have too much to say to post here but if anyone needs any contact information for EP, post on this thread and I will be HAPPY to provide it for you. EP has stolen money from us, charged our accounts and we are filing a lawsuit against them this week in the states of PA and NY. Sellers beware!!! They will take your money and run and offer NO explanation. By the way, be careful if you give them any personal information, because they gave out our PHONE NUMBER (HOME PHONE NUMBER) to someone who called in !!! ABSURD!!!

nameaprice,
You're right, your account was suspended because of the fraudulent funds that you received from an international buyer. We have NOT taken the money and run, as you suggested. However, your account is under investigation and once your account is reactivated, you will be able to access all valid funds in your account. We DO realize that sellers in cases like this are inconvenienced for "doing the right thing" and we are looking at various ways to stop this from happening in the future.
I can't imagine a situation where we would give out your telephone number. Please email me at [email protected] with more details on that.
Everyone, please do not accept payments from international buyers with ExchangePath!
