i came on here to post a problem i have been having with paypal and then got hit in the face with the exchangepath situation. i was planning on heavily doing the free listing thing tommorrow. whew. now im scared.
anyway, i have had a big problem with paypal for awhile. for some reason when i went in to use it to send money, it came up that the card did not match my address (it had been on there forever and i have used it repeatedly with no problem). I sent my payment by echeck instead to save time, then i reloaded the credit card info, which was the same anyway, again, no go, 3rd try, no go. finally i get a message saying that this credit card has been removed from their system and to put in another one. there was nothing wrong with that one!!. i wrote them one letter after another, and just kept getting replys that seemed totally out of touch, repeating that the card must match the address, yada yada yada, i would write again, same reply, finally i got so pissed i wrote the last one , begged them to put my credit card info back in there manually, fix whatever was wrong, because now, my account has no credit card listed at all. they have not answered my last two emails at all!!.
if you are out there listening paypal...please help, not with one of your standard repetitive email replies, but with a real person who is willing to help...
