I too jumped on the EP bandwagon for the free listing day. The EP account is at zero dollars and the eBay account has jumped $40. Am I missing something here? Does someone have to actually USE EP before the account kicks in? Maybe I didn't read the fine print.

We will be billed by eBay as usual; we are supposed to get a payment in our EP accounts in 2-3 weeks to offset what we'll pay ebay.
