You think Paypal is bad (and it has been for some people) they are your best friends compared to Payme. This "free" service also lets you use your card to send and receive payments. You don't keep a balance with them as with Paypal. The money is immediately charged or deposited to your credit card. I sold a number of digital cameras and was paid via Payme. I then paid my dealer via Payme. My card was charged immediately for the payment I made. The dealer never got the funds. The payments I received (on June 2) still havent made it into my account. Today Payme told me that the funds were not deposited (even though I got confirmation that they were and my Payme account shows they were) because Payme suspected a fraud when the same customer made two payments to me. They did admit that they received the funds and the customer was legit. So what's the holdup? They're "looking into it." What this means is that if Payme suspects a stolen credit card is being used, they don't inform the recipient. They pretend to let him receive the funds, send out the merchandise, etc. They just keep the money and wait for him to call and then "look into it"! Who is committing the fraud here? It's Payme!

No, this has not been resolved. I have called Payme long distance several times. I have spoken to several different people who each gave a different excuse. They all ended with someone promising to call me back but no one has. I am currently trying to find out how to contact the banking commission. Not only have I not received $500 send me June 2, the payments I made on June 2, which already hit my credit card have still not been paid to the seller.
