Wanted to see if anyone with a Canadian International Paypal account had run into this problem. I reside in Canada and therefore felt that the International category was appropriate, however to avoid currency fees & exchange rates from Canadian funds to US funds I registered (or at least attempted to) a US Currency Visa.
Shortly after I obtained the 4-digit security code off of my statement in order to activate my account. I proceeded in entering the code and voila the account was verified right? I wish it worked that way. Right now when I try to send money to an Ebay seller that is patiently waiting payment, I am unable to, as if my credit card is not verified.
I have even tried to do the process over once again in case there was a "bug" but it won't even let me enter the same credit card number again! I've got a tech support email into Paypal 3 days agao and would really appreciate any info anyone may have!
Paypaldamon if you read this your insight would definately be appreciated.
