Good morning! I've been trying to synch a batch of auctions for the past hour. It takes a long time to prepare for synchronization, and then I get General Server Error Please check AW message board. Well, I did. All that was there was something about a SQL error (like I know what SQL is) and then Smitty posting it had been resolved. Is this what is wrong in my case today? Please, please don't tell me to uninstall and re download. I have done that about seventeen times the past three months. What a pain in the butt! Anyone have any ideas or suggestions (any would be welcome!)(just not uninstall, that's not welcome anymore)

Hi Turquiose,
There was a site problem early this morning that would have affected synchronization. Please check your account before synchronizing your batch again, to make sure you don't already have any duplicates. If you are still having trouble synchronizing your batch, please let me know.
