If the auto-wbn option was turned on when you created the auction, the WBN will send out shortly after it drops into the closed section of the Auction Manager.

Thanks Christopher, I noticed that it took about 15 minutes or so after the auction ended. I have just put a couple of auctions up that I am testing with AMP before I start using it exclusively.
I did notice that there was no form on the WBN. The person had to click the link to get to the form.
How long before there form submission will I recieve an email. I have been waiting about 25 minutes. I did the form with my client together on the phone so I know he did it and got to the invoice in my storefront.

You should see the number 2 in the row of PSM keys after those items fill in once the response is received. It usually only takes a few minutes from the time submitted until the control panel updates to show the number filled in.
