Hi,
Time of day is 1 pm est. Sept.4
I cannot sync with auctionwatch and keep getting this message. Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the AuctionSync process.
Please check the Announcements page on the AuctionWatch site.
Please advise

Me too. Same problem. Also had same problem last week. No announcements on Announcement page. Didn't receive any helpful info last week with this problem, don't expect to receive any this time either. Try shutting everything down and rebooting. Sometimes works!!

Hi Steve,
Please double check your internet connection to make sure that it is stable, and try quitting and restarting AMPro. Hopefully you will then be able to synchronize. If not, please let me know.
