I have been having problems for weeks that I have been writing you about. I have to refresh 25 times to get my stuff to move from active to closed every week after a auction has ended. I just went into my closed to look for a auction that ended last night, not only was it not showing in closed but nothing that ended since sunday was showing closed (about 30 items) although my WBN's had gone out. Anyway this person last night used buy it now and I was going to try to keep refreshing to force it to closed but when I went into my active acutions it says I HAVE NO ACTIVE AUCTIONS, thats funny because I have about 15 on ebay as we speak, WHERE ARE MY AUCTIONS!! And how am I supposed to get the one from last night to move to closed if it is not showing anywhere at all. I am getting really tired of this every week. The reason I pay for this service is for the convenience, not to do more work and drop what I am doing and write emails all the time. Please give me a answer this time, one that actually answers my question on what needs to be done to solve this. I do not have the time to play this game every few days~~LISA

Hi Lisae,
Your My eBay page only has 6 active auctions for you right now. I don't know where the other 9 are, but they aren't on eBay. I would recommend tracking in the auctions that aren't in your active section, although I see that they are there now.
