When listing auctions through AMPro I check the WBN box and list two S&H payment options with costs. I also have these two costs set in my Global Preferences page on AuctionWatch. A few of my auctions have different S&H options and costs which I set on the listing box through AMPro.
The problem is that when the WBN's go out they don't show the different costs on the few I listed. The WBN letters all show the costs set on the Global Preferences page.
If I remove the options and costs from the Global Preferences page will the WBN's use the options and costs listed on each individual auction? (I don't want the WBN's to show $0 S&H if I remove the costs from Global Preferences!)
This seems like the way it should work but I need to know before my next batch upload.

Hi zeerus,
The system should override any default setting with the shipping costs that were entered into the specific item. Are you making sure to save the changes to these items with unique shipping costs in Pro before uploading?

I found the problem. I had a seperate line in my letter text that showed the wrong charges.
I still want to be sure that if I have no S&H set in the Global Preferences but put it on each auction on AMPro the WBN's will show my charges.

Hi Zeerus,
As long as you do not have the auto-WBN feature selected -- if you do, then it won't matter what you select in each auction because every auction will be sent the preferences you have stored in Global Preferences.

Let me get this straight.
I have un-checked the Auto WBN on my Post-Sale Global Preferences and checked the WBN box and added S&H charges for each individual auction I uploaded on AMPro.
This should send WBN's with the charges shown on each auction.
Correct?

Hello,
That is correct, whatever you manually enter in your listing in Pro will override anything you have set in preferences. The preferences only carry over into the listing when you create it, so if you manually edit that before launching, it will list with your changes instead.
