i do not understand.
Am I supposed to communicate directly to you, if so then why wasn't I asked to email you?
I need to be able to launch my auctions, and I would like to know why I can't, is this a crime on this board?
I rarely post here only if I am having a technical problem with your services, so why would you rush to lock the thread I was using to communicate a technical problem with you.
did you want me to start a new thread, why wasn't that communicated to me?
All I asked was whether or not I was going to get an answer today or will I have to wait until next week, so I could plan my weekend, and if your guys could not get to it today, then I would not waste my time coming over here to check to see if things are functional for me to launch.
I asked a simple question, all I want is a simple answer!!!

Hello dudlee,
Please do not take the locking of the other thread personally - I'm sure the thread was locked accidentally.
We are looking into these errors still, and we have been unable to find the cause for them - unfortunately, I am not sure when we will be able to solve this for you.
One thing I would like to ask of you is to try to launch an auction directly at eBay, and see if you are able to - there may be something inhibiting your account that our systems are unable to detect. Please let us know what you find.
