I have had to auction end today one with buy it now and now one that was scheduled to end and both times no email address has shown up to send a WBN to. What is wrong?

Hi Jensher,

Please make sure that you have the correct eBay ID, password and email address for yourself stored in Universal Registration. If you updated that on eBay at some point but didn't update it here, then we will be unable to grab the winner's email for you. Let me know if this helps.

I update my information but it was working yesterday, just today it stopped working.
