I MUST HAVE HIT SOMETHING ON MY KEYBOARD ??!!
MY SCREEN CAME UP SAYING "FATAL ERROR OF SOME SORT....."
I CAN OPEN PRO-TAKE A BATCH FROM MEMORY AND UPLOAD AND SAVE BUT ....
WHEN I TRY TO DELETE A FILE FROM MY AMPRO BATCH MEMORY LIST- (AFTER I HAVE UPLOADED IT TO AW AND IT IS NOW IN MY PENDING AUCTION AREA) .... IT FREEZES UP MY COMPUTER -I CAN'T OPEN ANYTHING IN PRO ....
WHEN I TRY TO SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER-
IT POPS UP A SCREEN SAYING: " AMPRO CAN NOT QUICK OK " -I HIT OK -BUT I HAVE TO SHUT OFF MY COMPUTER TOTALLY FROM POWER SOURCE AND THEN PLUG BACK IN AND RESTART..
WHY?
WHAT HAPPENED?
DO I NEED TO REINSTALL OVER MY 3.5 PRO AND IF SO HOW -AND DO I NEED TO UNINSTALL-I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE EVERYTHING I HAVE IN TEMPLATE MEMORY, MY PREFERENCES , ETC....

Hi stacyp,
The best thing to solve fatal errors in to uninstall and reinstall.
Please uninstall the current version of AM Pro using the add/remove programs function and re-install using the download from the following link:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client
Keep in mind that when you uninstall the program, any batches you have created will be retained in the AuctionWatch directory on your hard drive. Do not use the update feature. Please make sure to take the following precautions:
1) Close all outside applications before downloading (especially anti-virus or firewall software)
2) Choose the "save to disk" option while downloading
3) if the program does not automatically restart your computer, restart it yourself, being sure to close out of all programs, especially your browser
4) Click on the installer icon on your desktop to start the program
