working with AmPro 3.5. I can do my titles, descriptions, pictures and shipping options, but when I click browse for the category I get a fatal error every time. Any ideas? Please please don't tell me to uninstall and re download. I have had various problems with AmPro since subscribing and paying for the service and each time I am told by customer support to uninstall. Is that the only way to fix these problems. Am I the only one who has problems? Different problem every single week. What's up?

i had fatal error last night while in ampro as well- when ever i would try to delete a batch that i had in memory after i uploaded to auctionwatch-it would not let me and would freeze my ampro screen-i tried to upon aw advise remove the program and reinstall-and every time i did the problem stayed there- finally i had to start my computer over from the start-no fun-lost everything-
just about to download the wonderful 3.5 again

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but please try synchronizing when you open up AMPro, quitting the program, then restarting it. If the fatal errors continue, please post and let us know.
