I have been having this problem for weeks. I email every week and can't seem to get an answer, I have to
manually go in and refresh, refresh, refresh. This is totally a bunch of bull. The answer you are giving me does not help to "check every day and "refresh" is defeating the whole purpose of the
program. If I had the time to check on my auctions and refresh all the time, I might as well just type out
the emails myself manually. The object of me paying for a full year of service was for SERVICE!!!! Now
this program used to work, it does not anymore, at least for me. I have been emailing for **5**weeks for a
way to correct this. In addition, I emailes sonya today and never received an answer. I can not even find
some of my auctions. I had 2 close using buy it now~~THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND~~ not
closed not active, and yes I have refreshed!!!!! In addition. I currently have 19 other auctions running on
ebay. In my AW active it says I have 10, now I ask you how am I supposed to keep track of things if and
when I have alot of auctions running and only bits and pieces are floating around only god knows where!!!
THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO KNOW. Am I ever going to have a service that works?? A service like I used
to have?? A service that when my auctions end on ebay theythen move by themselves to closed in AW
and my WBN'S go out automatically. A service that I can count on when I need to be away, out of town
for a few days?? A service I do not have to scared of if I do go away that I will not come back to a huge
mess of angry bidders that were never contacted (this means, if I am not home I can not be doing the
refreshing thing!!)
WHERE ARE MY AUCTIONS AT THE CURRENT TIME CAN SOMEONE THERE PLEASE TELL ME, I
HAVE 11 auctions in the LAND OF THE LOST~~~~
IN addition please please please tell me how to fix the WHOLE problem, not just the current problem I
am having, I am going to totally loose it if I have to email again next week (that would make week number
6) I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello lisae,
I've just checked your account, and I see that you have 18 active auctions - which correlates to the number of active auctions you have on eBay.
If you have an auction end with Buy It Now, it sometimes does require a refresh or a few hours for the system to "catch up". We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the system will update in due time.

Yeah now my auctions are showing after refreshing for 3 days. I orig.posted on 9/17, on a thread of Mstewart, since you never bothered to answer, I reposted yesterday a new post. Gee I would hope in 3 days time that the auctions would eventually show up.

1)when will the buy it now problem be fixed
2)where are auctions going when they close using buy it now? they are not showing in open or closed example my item #1640153084 on ebay, buyer used buy it now this morning 9/19, it shows no where, the buyer is already emailing for my info, so of course I have to hand email her. 3 days from now she will get my WBN from you and then she will be all confused because she already paid with paypal 36 hours ago. She then in turn emails me to see if I did not get her payment and then I have to spend more time sending an additional email to her saying, "oh sorry it is my posting program, sorry they are a little slow" (starting to get my drift why this is so important??????????) If I wait for your WBN to go out, buyers think I am trying to re-nig on the deal (of course you guys will probably wait 3 days to respond to this email and then tell me you do not know what I am talking about that you just checked my closed list and my item is there) Well today it is not!!!!!!!!! This is not my 1st day on the job!!
Thats your game, thats why you never contact or answer anyone right away, so you can get it fixed or your system finally catches up and then you answer us like we are crazy, like nothing is wrong!!
3)when are you going to resolve the issue with WBN's not going out on time (I am not talking about buy it now) If I do not manually go in and refresh, it takes 2 or 3 days for them to move, this is unacceptable and the program did not use to work that way.
I paid $200.00 for a year of service but I spend more time sending manual emails and emailing you guys asking for customer service (which I never get, I keep getting blown off with coined answers)

The stupid answer you gave 2 days ago about checking auctions and refreshing daily is a crock of crap
That defeats the whole reason for using AW, not what I signed up and paid for(notice how many times I mentioned how much I paid for this service)
You are taking everyones money and not delivering the product you promised that guys is FRAUD~~~ get that fraud!!
From your customer service or lack of, 2-3 days is an insufficient amount of time to answer your customers technical problems to the non working AW post management sales, everything is a BOMB!!
