Last week when I listed a batch of auctions all my default settings were working.
Now while I am trying to list a few items I get two different messages. One is my "City, State" not correct and the other is my Payment Preferences not set.
I did have a gif in my City State space which I tried to change back to my City and State but it won't set and as far as the payment options not being set, that hasn't changed at all. I have tried resetting the defaults, but they won't stick.

Hi Cindy,

Have you changed the information in your Preferences icon in Auction Manager Pro? Or are you only trying to change it online, in your My Account tab?
