I am going to just cut and paste my prevoius message it has been since Sunday night I have been posting and never getting answers so here it is again your customer service is pathetic!!!!~~~~~
wow,Thanks again for basically not answering any of my questions!!!
Yeah now my auctions are showing after refreshing for 3 days. I orig.posted on 9/17, on a thread of Mstewart, since you never bothered
to answer, I reposted yesterday a new post. Gee I would hope in 3 days time that the auctions would eventually show up.
DONT YOU THINK THIS IS KINDA A HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DONT YOU THINK IF COULD KINDA SCREW UP A SELLER IF THEIR AUCTIONS ARE AMONG THE MISSING FOR 3 DAYS
AND EXACTLY which of my OTHER questions did you

the last 5 weeks, go ahead take a peek, yep you have avoided my questions for 5 solid weeks

1)when will the buy it now problem be fixed

2)where are auctions going when they close using buy it now? they are not showing in open or closed example my item #1640153084 on
ebay, buyer used buy it now this morning 9/19, it shows no where, the buyer is already emailing for my info, so of course I have to hand
email her. 3 days from now she will get my WBN from you and then she will be all confused because she already paid with paypal 36
hours ago. She then in turn emails me to see if I did not get her payment and then I have to spend more time sending an additional email
to her saying, "oh sorry it is my posting program, sorry they are a little slow" (starting to get my drift why this is so
important??????????) If I wait for your WBN to go out, buyers think I am trying to re-nig on the deal (of course you guys will probably
wait 3 days to respond to this email and then tell me you do not know what I am talking about that you just checked my closed list and
my item is there) Well today it is not!!!!!!!!! This is not my 1st day on the job!!
Thats your game, thats why you never contact or answer anyone right away, so you can get it fixed or your system finally catches up
and then you answer us like we are crazy, like nothing is wrong!!

3)when are you going to resolve the issue with WBN's not going out on time (I am not talking about buy it now) If I do not manually go in
and refresh, it takes 2 or 3 days for them to move, this is unacceptable and the program did not use to work that way.
I paid $200.00 for a year of service but I spend more time sending manual emails and emailing you guys asking for customer service
(which I never get, I keep getting blown off with coined answers)

Now, the product that you offered me when you took my $200 is not the product I am receiving, I am constantly looking to see if
someone used buy it now, oh my god better quick email em, ~~Auctions end sunday night did my WBNS go out (of course not, ok
refresh refresh, refresh
Want to go away on vacation, can't go, or loose income for the week WHY WHY WHY~~becasuse the wonderful program I paid up front
for a year never freaking works and I fear my buyers will be neglected (pretty pathetic)
The stupid answer you gave 2 days ago about checking auctions and refreshing daily is a crock of crap
That defeats the whole reason for using AW, not what I signed up and paid for(notice how many times I mentioned how much I paid for
this service)
You are taking everyones money and not delivering the product you promised that guys is FRAUD~~~ get that fraud!!

From your customer service or lack of, 2-3 days is an insufficient amount of time to answer your customers technical problems to the
non working AW post management sales, everything is a BOMB!!

Good thing you guys are not graded on feedback, you would be gone gone gone
I am however and can not afford for your problems to cast shadow on me

NOTE the fact that I have this time numbered my questions #1-3, this is so it will be very easy for anyone in customer service to
understand exactly how many questions I am asking and how many answers I expect to receive.
I am thinking I would like those answers today, yeah today would be really great for me

Hi Lisae,

We realize that it is very frustrating and tedious when you have to refresh your active list. Engineering is aware of the problems you've outlined in your posts, and currently are working on improving the system so that auctions do drop down to closed auctions on time and their WBNs go out right away instead of remaining in Active Auctions. We will definitely keep you updated on the situation, please understand that we are not ignoring your requests. Thank you for your patience and for your support.

You answered one of my 3 questions. I numbered all the questions so it would be easy for you to know I was asking 3 questions. How about answers to the other 2. Why do you guys always pick and choose, shouldn't all customers questions be answered?

ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS THAT AUCTION WATCH IS GOING DOWN THE TUBE IT ITS ARROGANCE AND CONTEMPT TO ITS CUSTOMERS. ( YOU KNOW, THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THEIR SALARY. ) WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN THAT UNLESS YOU GIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEN YOU WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS. IT WOULD SEEM THAT WE ( THE CUSTOMERS ) ARE EXPECTING TOO MUCH FROM AUCTIONWATCH EXPECTING THEM TO ANSWER OUR E MAILS, SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SITE. WHEN WE WANT HELP, WE USUALLY WANT IT WITHIN A FEW HRS.NOT 7 DAYS LATER. THAT IS WHY YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS. IN SIMPLE TERMS. GIVE US THE BACKUP WE NEED. (AND PAY FOR.) AND TO AD INSULT TO INJURY YOU PUT UP PRICES. WOW THAT IS SMART. ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS FALLING MARKET. A WORD OF ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT. FIRST.DONT GET TOO GREEDY. SECOND GIVE US THE BACKUP SERVICE WE NEED AND ARE ENTITLED TO. IT IS A GOOD SITE TO USE.BUT YOU ARE FORGETTING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Hi Lisae,

The introduction of the API to eBay should improve all of the issues that you originally posted. For now, to get around these issues you can select your active auctions and hit Refresh to get them to move to closed auctions.
