Good morning,
After uploading a batch, the option that takes you right to your AMP Control Panel online is no longer working for me. Nothing happens when I click on it. Have to go to the AW site, log in, etc. Did you change this or am I the only one having this problem?

Hi Judith,

Please note that the password field in AM Pro is case-sensitive. Please try re-entering your password in AM Pro, using the correct combination of lower and/or uppercase letters. If this does not help, let us know.
