I thought I had created and saved several custom templates in the AuctionWatch web site. However, I can't find them. I saved the preferences as the web site instructs, but if they're there, they are hiding! My intention was to download them into AMPro and launch from there. Any suggestions?

Hi Jordan6896,
In order to use your newly created customized templates in AMPro, you must synchronize and then quit and restart the program. Your customized templates will then be downloaded and available for use. I hope this helps!

Tried it and it still doesn't appear. Does it matter what I name the templates or does it need to be "template 26"? Also, should it appear on your web site under "my preferences"?

Hi Jordan6896,
You can name the template as you wish. I just checked your eBay Site Specifics and did not see any customized templates. Are you saving them as you create them?

I've got the hang of it now! I "thought" I was creating several at one time but discovered that you have to save the preferences after creating each one. Thanks for your help! This is one of the many advantages to using your auction listing service. It's the best that I've found!
