I have repeatedly tried to upload my auctions today. I keep getting the following message: Synchronization failed - Bad Response from server. There is a problem with images synchronization. Please go to www.auctionwatch.com & check images.

I have gone & checked my images & have found no problems. I have even tried deleting a few pages to see if this would help. No luck, keep getting the same message. I also tried to delete the pictures from my auction listings, then reloading them. Still the same message. I have never had this problem before. Could someone please tell me what to do????

Hi Qtrmoon73,

When you synchronize next time, click on the details button to see which image is causing the problem. Delete that image and try to synchronize again.

Hello,

I did that, I actually deleted all images & started over. It is still doing the same thing. When I check on details it shows different images for errors each time. I don't understand where the problem is?? I have not changed anything!!

Hi Qtrmoon73,

1. Before you synch, please verify that you are connected to the internet and that your connection has not timed out.

2. If you are not entering the internet from a proxy server specified in your browser, from your toolbar, select "Edit", then "Account Information". Make sure that the "use proxy" box is unchecked then click on "finish"

3. If your browser is set to access the internet through a proxy server, please make sure that the Proxy Host/Proxy Port settings within your browser match those within AM Pro.

4. Check your image file names, and make sure that they are saved as jpeg or bitmap images (we highly recommend saving your images as jpegs due to size and compatibility issues.)

5. Check your image file sizes, and make sure that your images do not exceed 40kb apiece. Large image sizes can cause an upload to fail.

6. If you are uploading a large batch, try splitting it up into smaller batches of no more than 10 auctions. If you are having any connectivity problems, a large batch may cause your upload to fail.

Hello again,

I am using a cable modem to upload & have never had a problem with it. My pictures are saved as .jpg's & I've never had a problem with those either. They do not exceed the size limit. I am currently uploading a very small batch (7 auctions) with approx. 25 pictures. I have deleted everything & started over and I am still having the same problems. It comes up with different images each time though. I honestly would have to assume that the problem lies on your end. I have not changed a thing!!!
