It States That Invalid User ID And Pass Word,ButYet I Can Log On to Ebay And Auction Watch Whats Up With Dat? Tell Me If I Can Uninstall And Reinstall Or Maybe Something I've Done Wrong Please Please Help??????????

Hi Jackmcgrath,
Have you recently made any changes to your account at eBay that you have not made at AW? Check your login information on the Universal Registration page and make sure that it matches the correct information.

Hi Jackmcgrath,
In AMPro, click on the Preferences icon to your left and go to Site Accounts. Make sure that you have all your IDs and passwords stored correctly, then try to launch from Pro again. Let me know if this doesn't work.

Hi Jackmcgrath,
Please go to Universal Registration, click on Edit for your eBay ID, and re-enter your password. Then click on Continue to save it, and then resubmit the auctions in Pending. Let me know if you still can't get them launched.

HI , I am having the launch problems you have mentioned. I have tried everything including changing password at eBay and deleting AW and reinstalling it. I have an ID that I use on ebay for buying purposes and decided to see if I could launch using that acct ....guess what I could!!! But now I have mixed up my accts, which I didn't want to do.
Any more suggestions greatly appreciated
