I know there are more important things going on in the world today...but, what is wrong with Ampro now? I can open the program (v3.5) everything is normal, when I go to change listing category, I get fatal errors. All morning. And, before I'm told to delete and download, been there, done that doesn't work. What's going on? Anyone else having these troubles?

Gee thanks Customer Support. Thanks for all the incredible help. Still having the same problem, however, the program only causes a fatal error when I go to change or input a category. Can I get some help today maybe??? Regardless, after paying all this money, I have had nothing but trouble after trouble each month, quite frankly I am very sick and tired of wasting hours every week uninstalling and downloading this software that doesn't even work 2/3 of the time. When my time is up, I will be going elsewhere. Thanks for the stellar support, AW!

Ok. Three days, timesensitive errors, absolutely no response either here or from emailing customer service direct. Thank you AW for the great support.

Hi Turquoise,
I apologize for the delay in response. Please follow these steps:
- uninstall AMPro
- remove the file Sites.map from the "C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\data"
folder
- install again
- sync
- close and restart the program
If you get the error again, please send us the complete error message.
