My auctions sometime show up in auction watch right away after ending.

There are always some that don't show up for days after the auction has ended.

Today, only one of my closed auctions from yesterday have shown up in AW.

This problem has been going on for months so please don't tell me it's a one day problem with Ebay.

Last response said that API interface would fix everything. Things are now worse than ever for me has now almost NONE of my closed auctions are showing up.

I did not get a response to my first email.

1) Please confirm that you know that this problem exists.

2) Please confirm an eta for a solution.

I would switch to another auction software except I have 1000 auctions in AW and I would have to redo each one.

On top of this ongoing problem, you are raising your prices? Please fix your software BEFORE raising your prices.

My business depends on your software and I am having extreme difficulties.

Hi Melissar,

Were these items Buy It Now items? We are aware of latency issues with Buy It Now items and are working to resolve them.

These items are buy it now but it also occurs on ALL closed listing regardless of if they sold or not.

Closed auctions don't show for days and sold auctions don't show for days.

It is not just a sold item that was purchased with buy it now.

I am completly disgusted with auctionwatch.

I want some kind of time line for this problem!!!!

Is it going to be a Day, a week, a month, a year, a decade???

Answer my question!!!!!
