I am an Australian seller.
In my recent auction listings my preferences in AMPro are set to show my country details as Australia.
In the listing for my auctions on eBay, every auction is showing me to be in the USA.
I am receiving emails from potential bidders ranging from confusion, to outright accusations of over-quoting shipping costs, misrepresentation and of outright deceipt.
I am losing potential bidders and will no doubt have more hassles when the auctions close because winning bidders may well believe that they are buying an item located in the USA, not Australia.
The situation has the potential to damage my business and reputation.
How did this happen? I have sent an email to Customer Service at A/W but will not hold my breath to get a speedy reply.
I would advise all International users to check their current auctions to make sure that their preference details are correct on their current auctions.

Hi Mylanta,
This error was noticed and was corrected. Apparently your auctions were launched before the error was fixed. This should not be a problem with your future auctions.

Brian, Thanks for your speedy reply.
The question is though, what about the auctions I have running at the moment that show the wrong information?
These are the auctions that I am receiving snotty email over.
