Hi,
We have been experiencing problems uploading images for our featured products on AW since last Friday. After going through all the standard steps of adding an image, the message we get while synchronizing is:
"Synchronization failed - Bad response from server. There is a problem with images synchronization. Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check your images."
When we go to AW to check the images, the 2 problematic images are not on the server.

Please, let us know how to proceed.

Hi Alternativesports4less,

Please double check your internet connection and make sure that everything is ok with your settings. When you synchronize again, if you still have problems, please click on the "Details" link which will tell you which image is giving you the trouble. Then you can go to your AuctionWatch directory on your C-drive and delete the image from the images folder, and try again. If that still does not work, try uploading the images online through your control panel and synchronize AMPro.
