Hi all,
I can't seem to find an answer to this question:
What is the difference between "Send Winning Bidder Notification via *Express* OR via *Classic* format by default" in AMPro's Preference>Post Sale Mangement>Communications section???

Hi Roger,
The Express WBN is an html form which will appear in the place of a plain text email - all your customer needs to do is fill out the form then click "submit". If your customer's email client does not support html, they will receive a plain text version with a link, like the Classic WBN.
The Classic WBN is a text email in which there is a link to a webpage that contains the form - which means your customer will need to click the link or enter it in their browser address bar in order to get to the form.

Hi Julie,
The Express WBN is faster, however whether or not the form shows up within the email depends on the email client of the winner. Some people turn off HTML and only accept text emails. However there is always a link at the bottom that the winner can click on to complete the WBN online.
