Christopher, Ebay will not credit the insertion unless I say it was my mistake...could do but it was your mistake and one you made on a number of accounts. In fact, you might want to let people know to check their accounts. Didn't think I should lie to Ebay to get the money back but if that is what you are suggesting, I guess I will consider it. Is that some kind of fraud? Will I lose my Ebay privledges if I file that I made a mistake concerning the double listings when it was you? I read your post to the other two people who had the same problem as mine and you did not tell them to lie. Below is the post to Azeclixpt when he asked who was going to refund Ebay fees. I just don't feel comfortable telling lies. Thanks anyway, baylor45
Hi Azeclixpt,

You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.

Hello,

Listing services and users make mistakes, and eBay understands that and is willing to credit you for auctions you end, essentially removing the charge since you never got the auction you paid for, more so than actually refunding you for the auction you did run. Users have put in requests for refunds on errors encountered on their own or via a listing service since they first started, and I am guessing you are not the first one that ran into a situation where you were denied credit, however the mass majority are approved.

Could you please forward me that letter where eBay denied you your credit simply because it was for auctions listed via an 3rd party program. We would be happy to look into this further, but will need all of the details involved here.
[email protected]

Never have we suggested that you lie about anything, and my apologies if you took anything from my previous posts as to be saying that. AuctionWatch has never suggested that you lie about this to be refunded, nor have we gotten the impression from our letter from eBay that such would be the case to receive refunds.

Once again, as you mentioned on your own, you are under the impression you need to lie and say it was your fault that the listing had to be cancelled, we never ever intended your impression of this situation to be AW wants me to lie to Ebay..
