I am having problems with my computer. Windows has become unstable and I am contemplating reinstalling from scratch or transferring to another computer. Please explain proper backup procedure. I do not want to lose any batches or images. I have about 100megs of images. In my image folder. I know these are also kept at your image hosting site. But I will also want them here. I have a CD writer so backing up is no problem. Please just instruct as to best way to handle. Thanks

Hello,

If batches and images are your only concern, simply transfer those entire folders over onto your CD to burn.

When you are done reloading your system software, you can simply replace the empty folders reloading Pro will create with your old ones.
